All in the Same Boat

All in the Same Boat is an international anthology of poetry about the darkening times of the twenty-first century. 61 poets, writing in 30 languages, try to address contemporary Fascism in all its vicious varieties – ethno-nationalism, white-supremacism, authoritarianism, nativism, anti-feminism, theocratic chauvinism, xenophobia, ultra-conservatism, racism, irredentism etc.

It’s a book about violence and irrationality, billionaire leaders and lumpen followers, nostalgia, fantasies and lies. Includes poets from Albania, Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Denmark, England, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, North Macedonia, Palestine, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Ukraine, the USA, Uzbekistan and Wales.
